Requirements
- Minimum of one year of verifiable experience in a human resources support position, such as HR Assistant or Recruitment Coordinator.
- Demonstrated skill in using Google Workspace applications including Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and Calendar.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Consistent accuracy and strong focus on detail in handling administrative responsibilities.
- Fluent English communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
- Capable of managing sensitive and private information with discretion and professionalism.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to coordinate tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated attitude with a willingness to grow and understand HR procedures and standards.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HR software platforms such as BambooHR, Workday, or comparable systems is advantageous.
