Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous development of our HubSpot CRM, including marketing automation, workflows, analytics, and cross-system processes
- Ensuring reliable data synchronisation between HubSpot and connected systems (e.g., Salesforce) through monitoring, troubleshooting, and proactive improvements
- Collaborating with developers, system owners, and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions for marketing and system automation
- Analysing data models and maintaining high data-quality standards across systems by identifying inconsistencies and implementing optimisation measures
- Documenting processes, workflows, and system behaviour to support knowledge sharing within the Platform Operations team
Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing Technology or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM administration
- Solid understanding of data models, automation architecture and integration workflows
- Structured, solution-oriented working style, collaborative and communicative hands-on personality with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Business fluent English skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Git-based workflows and creating custom JavaScript solutions in HubSpot, including enhancing internal integrations with targeted custom code
- German is a plus
