Responsibilities
- Oversee and sustain HubSpot environments across marketing, operations, and sales for various client portfolios
- Design, implement, and refine automated workflows, lead scoring models, and targeted email campaigns
- Develop and update dashboards and performance reports to provide clients with transparent insights
- Ensure data integrity and structure through continuous data management and cleansing practices
- Assist in onboarding new clients and transitioning them into the HubSpot platform
- Set up, manage, and resolve issues with integrations connecting HubSpot to third-party tools
- Produce and maintain landing pages, web forms, and content within the CMS as required
- Participate in client meetings to present solutions, interpret results, and address inquiries
- Coordinate with account leads and internal teams to align deliverables with client objectives and quality benchmarks
- Handle concurrent projects and meet deadlines across multiple client engagements
Requirements
- Located in the Philippines with reliable availability for an ongoing position
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Outstanding academic performance reflected in a high General Weighted Average
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related discipline
- Practical experience using HubSpot in at least one hub—Marketing, Operations, or Sales—with eagerness to expand across all
- Strong organizational abilities to juggle multiple accounts and timelines effectively
- Confident participating in client discussions to translate technical details into accessible language
- Highly detail-focused, self-driven, and capable of independent problem-solving
- Experienced working across teams with mixed technical and non-technical backgrounds
Nice to Have
- Possession of HubSpot certifications such as Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Operations Hub is advantageous
- Familiarity with complementary platforms like Salesforce, Zapier/Make, Google Analytics 4, or CMS tools is beneficial
- Prior work in an agency or fast-moving software or marketing environment is highly preferred

A Day In This Role
- Begin the workday with a 4.5-hour block from 9:30am to 2:00pm (PHT)
- Enjoy a free midday break from 2:00pm to 8:00pm (PHT)
- Resume work for a second 4.5-hour block from 8:00pm to 12:30am (PHT)
- Rest or sleep from 12:30am to 9:30am (PHT)
- This schedule enables a long break during the day while maintaining alignment with US Eastern business hours
