What You'll Do
Lead as the primary health, safety, and environmental (HSE) contact for HVDC projects in Germany, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate directly with on-site construction personnel, project managers, and external stakeholders to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Monitor and report both proactive and reactive HSE performance indicators to support accurate and timely reporting. Support the development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of site-specific HSE systems tailored to project needs.
Contribute to the preparation and review of critical safety documentation, including risk assessments, work method statements, and permit-to-work processes. Help coordinate on-site activities to ensure all tasks are planned and carried out in accordance with established HSE protocols.
Build and maintain productive relationships with client HSE representatives and subcontractor safety officers. Communicate environmental protection requirements—such as waste handling, conservation of natural habitats, and hazardous materials management—to on-site teams and verify adherence through regular checks.
