Hanwha Energy USA is hiring a HRIS Specialist (Contractor)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with entering employee data into Workday and ADP, such as job changes, organizational updates, and position modifications
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems by verifying entries, detecting inconsistencies, and leading corrective actions
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, and HRIS teams to maintain data consistency across platforms
  • Prepare for audits by keeping data accurate, compliant, and thoroughly documented
  • Act as a primary data contact for integrations involving Workday, ADP, and other linked HR and payroll systems
  • Support Workday tenant consolidation efforts, focusing on data tasks like mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation before and after the merge
  • Partner with HR and IT teams during system transitions to assist with integration testing, data reviews, and resolving issues
  • Assist in setting up the Workday Compensation tenant, including loading data, validating configurations, and checking data accuracy across compensation elements
  • Document data movement, field mappings, and reconciliation results to support change tracking and audit preparedness
  • Detect and report data quality problems that might impact integration or system merge success
  • Pull and analyze HR data from Workday, ADP, and connected systems
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards focused on headcount and workforce planning
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards focused on employee attrition and retention
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards focused on compensation and total rewards
  • Provide on-demand data analysis to HR business partners and leadership teams
  • Support data input for compensation processes such as merit increases and bonus programs within HRIS platforms
  • Verify that compensation data remains accurate in Workday and ADP following system updates, integrations, or tenant merges
  • Identify discrepancies in compensation records, noting that compensation design and analysis are managed by the Total Rewards team
  • Partner with HR business partners to support workforce planning, including org chart updates and maintenance
  • Partner with HR business partners to support organizational design and restructuring initiatives
  • Partner with HR business partners to support talent and performance analytics
  • Convert business needs into practical data deliverables
