- Act as a hands-on Dayforce administrator for core HR, supporting configuration changes, data updates, and issue resolution across multiple regions.
- Process and validate high-risk lifecycle changes in Dayforce (hires, terminations, job/grade changes, location and entity changes, Smart Working/hybrid updates), ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals.
- Support People Ops and Payroll with Dayforce data audits and clean-up activities, including identifying and correcting data errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
- Maintain, create, and run custom reports for multiple teams and departments, including HR, IT, Finance and Executives.
- Partner with Total Rewards and Talent Development to launch and maintain the Performance and Compensation cycles.
- Maintain and update organizational structures in Dayforce (departments, positions, reporting lines) in line with approved org changes.
- Assist with configuration of Dayforce fields, workflows, and security roles based on clear requirements from the Director, People Operations and People Systems Architect.
- Partner with Total Rewards and Payroll to support comp and benefits-related configuration or data changes (where appropriate and within guardrails).
- Investigate and resolve Dayforce-related tickets and issues raised by People Ops, Payroll, and HRBPs, documenting root causes and fixes.
- Run and validate Dayforce reports needed for audits, compliance, and Payroll/Total Rewards operations, working with Data/BI where necessary.
- Support testing for configuration changes and integrations that touch Dayforce (e.g., Ashby → Dayforce, benefits/payroll feeds), following test plans and documenting results.
- Document configuration changes, processes, and troubleshooting steps in a way that can be handed over smoothly to permanent team members.
- Collaborate with the People Systems Architect on prioritising Dayforce work, highlighting risks, and suggesting simple process or config improvements where you see recurring issues.
