Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR and internal departments to collect requirements, analyze needs, and suggest system improvements and process efficiencies.
- Configure and manage UKG system settings, features, and functions to meet HR and IT standards.
- Create, maintain, and support reports and analytics from the UKG platform for internal stakeholders and integrated external systems.
- Set up and manage integrations between UKG and other enterprise applications, using direct connections or middleware platforms.
- Support and maintain integrations between UKG and various business systems, including those using Workato, ensuring consistent data exchange across HR, payroll, and related functions.
- Deliver prompt technical assistance to users, diagnosing and resolving system problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with HR and IT to identify areas for system enhancements and process automation.
- Design and lead training initiatives to help users understand system capabilities and recommended practices.
- Monitor system health, perform regular audits, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Keep current with UKG product developments and emerging industry trends to recommend system upgrades and innovations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on UKG, providing guidance and technical insight to internal teams.
- Coordinate with external application teams to enable and maintain data integration workflows.
- Perform additional tasks as needed by management.
