Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the HR Shared Services team to ensure reliable execution of core HR functions including employment contracts, onboarding, employee data updates, and offboarding.
- Establish and implement standardized operating procedures for HR Shared Services, defining process ownership, documentation, handovers, and escalation protocols.
- Advance automation and digital transformation within HR Shared Services by collaborating with HR Systems Specialists to minimize manual tasks and enhance data accuracy through tools like automated contract creation and workflow triggers.
- Integrate artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to reduce routine administrative tasks and improve service delivery efficiency where applicable.
- Simplify and harmonize HR administrative procedures by eliminating redundant steps and ensuring uniform quality across all locations.
- Define structured request intake methods and service channels to enable predictable, consistent service operations instead of reactive responses.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR process documentation, including templates, checklists, and handbooks, to support standardized employee lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with HR Managers across regions to align on compliance standards and consistent process implementation.
- Coordinate closely with Payroll teams to guarantee timely and accurate data exchange.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving operational HR delivery issues and identifying systemic improvements.
- Enhance service quality continuously by leveraging data analytics, root cause assessments, and feedback mechanisms to support scalability and process maturity.
