Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the HR Shared Services team to ensure reliable execution of core HR processes including employment contracting, onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement structured operating models for HR Shared Services, defining clear processes, handoffs, ownership, and escalation procedures.
- Advance automation and digital transformation within HR operations by collaborating with HR systems experts to minimize manual tasks and enhance accuracy.
- Integrate AI and emerging technologies to reduce repetitive administrative work and improve service delivery efficiency where applicable.
- Simplify and standardize HR administrative procedures to eliminate redundancies and ensure uniform quality across all regions.
- Establish defined request intake methods and service pathways to create a predictable, structured support model.
- Produce and manage detailed process documentation, including templates, checklists, and operational guides for end-to-end HR workflows.
- Collaborate with global HR managers to align on compliance standards and consistent process implementation.
- Coordinate closely with payroll teams to guarantee timely and accurate data exchange.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for resolving systemic HR service delivery issues and addressing process gaps.
- Drive ongoing service enhancements using data analysis, feedback mechanisms, and root cause investigations to increase maturity and scalability.
