Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle across all company locations, from onboarding to offboarding, including documentation, immigration adherence, and process execution.
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools to automate HR workflows and improve interactions for employees.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies by coordinating with administrative authorities and external partners.
- Maintain and update personnel records in the HRIS (BambooHR), guaranteeing data integrity and timely updates for status changes.
- Assist in payroll preparation by tracking variable components such as bonuses, salary adjustments, and sick leave.
- Administer employee benefit programs with attention to compliance and precision.
- Identify and deploy AI-powered solutions to optimize HR operations and increase data reliability.
- Monitor advancements in AI applications within HR and suggest new tools or system enhancements.
- Contribute to strengthening HR operations by understanding employee needs, offering frontline support via ticketing systems, resolving issues promptly, and escalating when appropriate.
