This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, improving processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to employment regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of HR information systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support payroll coordination by providing timely employee data
- Oversee HR recordkeeping in both digital and physical formats
- Assist in audits related to employment practices and reporting
- Implement and improve HR operational workflows
- Collaborate with HR team members on process standardization
- Track and report key HR metrics and operational indicators
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR procedures and policies
- Support the administration of performance review cycles
- Coordinate background checks and employment verification
- Manage employment contracts and related documentation
- Facilitate HR training logistics and record attendance
- Ensure data privacy standards are followed in all HR activities
- Assist with organizational restructuring initiatives
- Prepare reports for leadership on HR operational status
- Monitor compliance with workplace regulations
- Partner with managers to resolve HR-related operational issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
