Otovo was looking for a HR Operations & Compliance Partner (f/m/x)

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve HR operations and processes in Europe, especially Italy
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Support workforce planning and organizational changes
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Handle employee relations topics (disciplinary actions, terminations, etc.)
  • Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and policies
  • Support audits and ensure overall HR compliance
  • Drive process improvements and support HR projects
