Responsibilities
- Own and improve HR operations and processes in Europe, especially Italy
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Support workforce planning and organizational changes
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Handle employee relations topics (disciplinary actions, terminations, etc.)
- Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and policies
- Support audits and ensure overall HR compliance
- Drive process improvements and support HR projects
