Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for HR
- 7-10 years of experience in benefits administration and/or HR, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage sensitive and confidential situations
- Valid driver's license for the types of vehicles that may be driven, with an acceptable driving record as determined by the relevant authorities
- Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent
- Excellent communication skills, maintaining a professional and positive image at all times
