Responsibilities
- Support the HR Ops team on a daily basis on their legal questions relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration processes, employment relationships, management of performance, offboarding
- Review HR legal documentation including employment contract, amendments, termination paperwork, etc.
- Take the lead on discussions or negotiations that may have legal implications
- Support VP HR in management of collective labor relations with employee representatives
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Lawyer specializing in labor law, or as an in-house HR Legal Counsel, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment similar to Voodoo

- outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in French and English
