Responsibilities
- Provide daily legal support to the HR operations team on matters involving recruitment, onboarding, immigration, employment terms, performance management, and employee exits
- Examine and revise HR-related legal documents such as employment agreements, contract modifications, and termination records
- Lead discussions and negotiations involving legal implications in employment matters
- Assist the Vice President of HR in managing relationships with employee representatives and collective labor agreements
