We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our growing IT services client project. In this role, you will manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless execution across recruitment, administration, and the entire employee lifecycle.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment to deliver exceptional support to both managers and employees while driving continuous HR process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Actively manage the end-to-end recruitment workflow, including writing job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and preparing onboarding materials.
Coordinate all stages of employment, from seamless onboarding and day-to-day administration to structured offboarding processes.
Draft employment contracts, HR letters, official certificates, and other vital employment-related documentation.
Maintain highly accurate employee records, manage absence/holiday tracking, and generate regular HR reporting while ensuring data integrity across all systems.
Serve as a trusted, accessible point of contact for employees and line managers regarding daily HR matters.
Identify and implement ongoing improvements to HR workflows, documentation standards, and overall employee experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an HR Coordination role.
Proven experience working successfully within an international, remote, or cross-cultural environment.
Exceptional organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Advanced, fluent English (written and spoken) with strong interpersonal skills. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience working with modern HRIS platforms.
Independent, proactive problem-solver with a flexible, hands-on approach and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Ability to work strictly from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Zurich, Switzerland time zone overlap) daily to provide reliable coverage and real-time collaboration with Switzerland operations.
