About the Role

You will join a global HR team focused on creating a great workplace to support the best i-gaming experience. As a strategic partner to leaders in Product & Technology, you will drive organizational performance through data-driven insights, consistent HR practices, and proactive people strategies. Reporting to the HR Lead for Product & Technology, you will help strengthen leadership, improve employee outcomes, and ensure alignment across global HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to business leaders, translating organizational goals into actionable people strategies
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, workplace culture, organizational development, and change management
  • Handle complex labor law issues, including interactions with unions and participation in negotiations
  • Support the creation of an inclusive and high-performing work environment through local and global HR programs
  • Utilize HR metrics, KPIs, and analytics to inform decisions, enhance employee development, and reduce turnover
  • Ensure consistency and quality in annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, compensation planning, talent management, and engagement initiatives

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is based in Stockholm and is part of the global HR team dedicated to making the organization a great place to work. The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to leaders in a defined business area, focusing on improving organizational performance through data-informed decisions and aligned HR initiatives. The role emphasizes leadership development, people effectiveness, and consistent HR governance. You will collaborate with the global HRBP team, specifically supporting Product & Technology functions, and report to the HR Lead for Product & Technology.
