Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned clients
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and managers
- Provide HR guidance and support people-related decision-making
- Participate in client meetings and workforce planning discussions
- Identify people risks and recommend solutions
- Conduct employee check-ins and stay interviews
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle employee relations cases and escalations
- Partner with managers to resolve workplace concerns
- Monitor employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
- Coordinate performance review processes
- Support managers during performance discussions
- Initiate salary review conversations when appropriate
- Support employee development and talent growth initiatives
- Monitor retention, engagement, turnover, and employee sentiment trends
- Identify emerging people risks
- Prepare portfolio health reviews and recommendations
- Use HR data to support decision-making and action planning
- Coordinate compensation and workforce changes requested by clients
- Manage contract exhibits and workforce change documentation
- Ensure proper approvals and communication throughout the process
- Partner with Finance and HR Operations on employment-related changes
- Participate in HR initiatives and process improvement projects
- Contribute to the development of scalable HR practices
- Support implementation of new tools, workflows, and programs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR, HRBP, People Partner, Employee Relations, or similar roles
- Experience supporting employees and managers in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling employee relations cases and HR escalations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and client portfolios
- Experience working with HR systems and HR processes
- English level B2 or higher

Work Arrangement
