Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics like HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, culture, employee relations, and business change
- Evaluate AI responses for commercial realism, compliance, and HR best practices
- Draft realistic HR scenarios and case studies reflecting your hands-on experience in real organizations
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. HRBP, people lead, executive, board member)
- Identify gaps, oversimplifications, or flawed assumptions in AI-generated HR content
Requirements
- Senior HR Business Partner, HR strategist, people operations lead, talent leader, or similar
- Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
- Several years of hands-on HR experience in talent management, org design, employee relations, or transformative people projects
- Strong at assessing HR reasoning, logical soundness, and practical solutions
- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability

- AI Lab missions are not traditional job openings with fixed start dates

- Matching happens when AI Lab requests come in, sometimes within 24 hours
- Profile must be reviewed and approved before being matched to projects
