Responsibilities

Manage the complete employee experience, including hiring, development, performance, engagement, learning, retention, and exit processes
Collaborate with managers to develop strong teams and foster a culture of accountability and high performance
Design, develop, and implement scalable HR processes from concept through execution
Leverage HR data and analytics to guide strategic decisions and evaluate program effectiveness
