Responsibilities
- Collaborates with leadership and staff to strengthen team dynamics, boost engagement, and enhance performance and employee retention.
- Evaluates workforce data and trends alongside the HR team to design effective policies, programs, and strategic solutions.
- Leads impartial and comprehensive investigations into workplace concerns.
- Offers high-quality support by advising on people practices, organizational culture, policies, and operational standards.
- Establishes reliable relationships with executives through consultative collaboration to ensure smooth implementation of talent initiatives.
- Holds routine check-ins with site leaders to align on people strategies and operational needs.
- Provides guidance to managers and employees on performance management and policy application with appropriate confidentiality.
- Supports performance evaluation systems, emphasizing consistent and constructive feedback mechanisms.
- Helps define and track key performance indicators to measure HR and business outcomes.
- Offers direction on disciplinary actions, including terminations, and advises management on appropriate procedures.
- Serves as a change advocate and cultural guardian during organizational transformations.
- Assesses training gaps within departments and identifies individual leadership development requirements.
- Assists in designing learning and growth programs that foster internal advancement for employees and leaders.
- Takes part in assessing and overseeing training effectiveness, ensuring learning goals are achieved.
- Stays current on employment laws to minimize legal exposure and ensure compliance in people management practices.
- Advises on workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and succession strategies.
- Performs other responsibilities as needed.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 depending on experience.
