Responsibilities
- Deliver daily administrative assistance to the human resources team across the UK forensics business division.
- Serve as the initial contact for HR-related inquiries through a shared inbox, offering precise and timely responses or forwarding issues when necessary.
- Ensure employee data is accurately maintained in HR systems with strict adherence to data protection regulations.
- Assist in generating HR reports and managing required data entries.
- Contribute to enhancing HR procedures and administrative efficiency.
- Support full-cycle recruitment administration, including advertising roles and organizing interviews.
- Draft employment offers and contracts.
- Coordinate pre-employment verifications such as Right to Work checks, references under BPSS standards, and screening protocols.
- Facilitate onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Help enroll new employees in HR and benefits platforms.
- Respond to onboarding questions from hiring managers.
- Process personnel changes including contract updates, internal transfers, and salary adjustments.
- Administer offboarding procedures, including system records and documentation.
- Keep absence records up to date and report any issues according to company guidelines.
- Support HR functions such as probation monitoring, family leave processing, and employee data management.
- Ensure all HR operations comply with organizational policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Uphold confidentiality and responsibly manage sensitive personal information.
- Assist with audits and compliance reviews as needed.
