Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and three years of experience in human resources or compensation, or a comparable mix of education and experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

- Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Compensation Analyst (CCA)
- Valid driver license appropriate for assigned vehicles and a driving record that meets company standards as assessed by the Michels Review Team
