Responsibilities
- Execute analytical testing with a focus on various HPLC methods such as size-exclusion, ion-exchange, hydrophobic interaction, and reversed-phase chromatography
- Carry out detailed analysis of biologics using capillary gel electrophoresis and imaged capillary electrophoresis techniques
- Apply spectroscopic and particulate analysis methods for comprehensive molecular characterization
- Assess the stability and analytical behavior of biologic substances including monoclonal antibodies, proteins, mRNA-based therapeutics, vaccines, and antibody-drug conjugates
- Generate and interpret analytical data to support formulation development efforts
- Produce technical reports, summarize findings, create presentations, and assist in data validation processes
- Operate and manage data through laboratory software including Empower and electronic lab notebooks
- Ensure smooth laboratory operations by managing reagent inventory, maintaining equipment, and preparing for audits or inspections
- Work closely with multidisciplinary scientific teams to advance biologic candidates through development stages
