Role Summary
The role is responsible for leading and developing an advanced security evaluation organization focused on automotive‑grade MCU and SoC robustness against sophisticated cybersecurity attacks.
It combines deep technical expertise in hardware and software security evaluation with people leadership, strategic direction, and certification readiness.
The role ensures that security evaluation activities support product development gates, customer expectations, certification schemes, and PSIRT operations, while also driving a mid‑ to long‑term strategy toward formal laboratory competency and process maturity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Security Certification and Assurance Support
2. Security Pen testing Leadership via internal and 3rd party managment.
3. PSIRT and Vulnerability Response Support
4. Strategy and Capability Development
5. Organizational and People Management
Qualifications
MUST
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in automotive cybersecurity pen testing and cybersecurity certifications processes for MCU and SoC products.
- Hands on expertise in: HW security testing (FIA, SCA), SW security testing (fuzzing, vulnerability analysis), Penetration testing methodologies.
WANT
- Strong understanding of SESIP, FIPS 140 3, and Common Criteria (EAL4+)
- Evaluation requirements up to AVA_VAN.4.
- Proven experience working with or supporting PSIRT and vulnerability management activities.
