Responsibilities

- Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently in the booking system
- Assist guests with modifications or cancellations to existing reservations
- Offer recommendations based on client preferences such as location, budget, and amenities
- Maintain high accuracy when entering and updating customer data
- Resolve booking discrepancies and coordinate with property partners when needed
- Ensure all customer interactions meet service quality standards
- Follow established protocols for data privacy and secure transactions
- Collaborate with team members to address peak booking periods
- Stay informed about changes in hotel inventory and promotional offers
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors following defined procedures
- Meet performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction
- Adapt communication style to suit diverse customer needs
- Use reservation software to check room availability and rates
