About the Role

Manages end-to-end event operations, including budget oversight, vendor coordination, timeline management, and post-event evaluation to ensure consistent quality and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of hosted events, both in-person and virtual
  • Develop detailed event timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors and venues
  • Design event agendas that align with strategic objectives
  • Coordinate logistics including travel, accommodations, and on-site support
  • Ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and regulatory standards
  • Oversee event registration and participant communication
  • Produce event materials such as signage, presentations, and digital assets
  • Monitor event performance using defined success metrics
  • Gather and analyze attendee feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote events and track engagement
  • Troubleshoot issues during event delivery and implement solutions
  • Maintain event documentation and post-event reports
  • Support branding consistency across all event touchpoints
  • Coordinate with technical teams for virtual platform setup
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in event design
  • Manage inventory of event supplies and equipment
  • Develop risk mitigation plans for high-impact scenarios
  • Train event staff and volunteers on protocols and roles
  • Liaise with external partners and sponsors
  • Track RSVPs and manage guest lists
  • Oversee post-event follow-up and stakeholder reporting
  • Stay current on event industry trends and best practices
  • Ensure data privacy and security during event operations
