Grupo Xcaret is hiring a Host to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strict safety standards within our adventure activity operations. You'll be the face of the guest experience, ensuring every interaction is positive and secure.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests engaging in adventure activities.
- Enforce and oversee all safety protocols and procedures in the activity environment.
- Manage guest interactions, providing clear instructions and assistance.
- Monitor activity areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
What We're Looking For
- Bachillerato (High School Diploma).
- 1 año acumulada of accumulated relevant experience.
- Inglés Nivel 3-Intermedio (English Level 3-Intermediate) proficiency.
- Valid Certificación en Trabajos en Alturas ó Verticales (Height or Vertical Work Certification).
- Valid Certificación en Primeros Auxilios (First Aid Certification).
Technical Stack
- EPI (Equipo de Protección Individual / Personal Protective Equipment).
- Paquetería Office Básica (Basic Office Suite).
