- Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage reservations
- Create special experiences for guests
- Escort guests to their tables for a smooth dining experience
- Offer a warm goodbye and encourage guests to return
- Prioritize both team and guest needs in all decisions
Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country of application
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move throughout the restaurant and stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Work well in a team, pay attention to detail, and handle multiple tasks
