Responsibilities

  • Develop customized lesson plans suited to each child's developmental level
  • Conduct regular assessments to track academic and behavioral progress
  • Collaborate with families to align teaching goals with individual needs
  • Implement evidence-based instructional methods for early learners
  • Support social, emotional, and cognitive growth through structured activities
  • Maintain detailed records of student performance and milestones
  • Adapt teaching strategies based on ongoing evaluation
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment at home

  • Monitor student engagement and adjust pacing as needed
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about progress
