Unlock is hiring a Homeowner Equity Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor active transaction pipelines for multiple HEOs to ensure smooth advancement toward closing.
  • Gather, sort, and verify homeowner documents necessary to finalize home equity agreements.
  • Collaborate with the processing team to clarify document requirements and confirm timely and accurate submission.
  • Act as the main contact for homeowners throughout the transaction, responding to calls and emails about status, paperwork, and upcoming steps.
  • Deliver prompt and clear updates to homeowners on the progress of their transactions.
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records, notes, and documentation in CRM and internal platforms.
  • Spot missing documents or possible delays and take initiative to follow up with homeowners, HEOs, or internal teams.
  • Report transaction updates, concerns, or risks to the relevant HEOs promptly.
