Unlock is hiring a Home Equity Officer

Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal pipeline of leads in alignment with established contact protocols.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls from current clients and lead providers.
  • Provide compelling guidance and educate clients on new offerings, services, and policies.
  • Work with team members to enhance service quality and improve results.
  • Maintain efficient CRM workflow and use digital tools effectively to support clients and colleagues.
  • Identify and resolve client issues with a focus on sales-driven solutions.
  • Meet monthly sales goals consistently.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

  • The start date for this role is scheduled for March 2026, with the exact date to be determined.
