Responsibilities
- Manage a personal pipeline of leads in alignment with established contact protocols.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from current clients and lead providers.
- Provide compelling guidance and educate clients on new offerings, services, and policies.
- Work with team members to enhance service quality and improve results.
- Maintain efficient CRM workflow and use digital tools effectively to support clients and colleagues.
- Identify and resolve client issues with a focus on sales-driven solutions.
- Meet monthly sales goals consistently.
- Demonstrate strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
