Responsibilities

- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Stay informed about media landscape trends and client industries
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Report on sales performance and pipeline health
- Handle client objections with data-driven responses
- Build trust through consultative, needs-based selling
- Maintain professional communication across email, phone, and video
- Represent the service offering in virtual networking events
