Responsibilities
- Operates aircraft in strict adherence to safety protocols and legal standards.
- Conducts comprehensive pre-flight inspections, including a full walk-around check before and after each flight, and certifies airworthiness via Daily Flight Log sign-off.
- Holds final decision-making authority over aircraft operations and the safety of all on board, including passengers, cargo, and equipment.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of all operational aircraft and associated medical systems, and ensures medical crew members are trained and confident with onboard systems.
- Ensures all required flight and operational documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
- Executes detailed flight planning under tight timelines and high precision requirements.
- Regularly engages in organizational meetings, initiatives, committees, and community outreach events.
- Performs additional assigned duties as necessary to support operations.

$15,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 annual stipend

- Work schedule follows a 7 days on, 7 days off pattern with 12-hour shifts
- Subject to drug and alcohol testing as mandated by DOT/FAA, including pre-employment, random, reasonable cause, and post-accident scenarios
- Off-duty housing is available for eligible personnel
- Eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus upon hire
- Receives a $10,000 annual stipend
- Required to maintain a body weight at or below 250 pounds
