Responsibilities
- Oversee product assortment and inventory levels for heavy vehicle items across Eastern Ontario, managing order thresholds, replenishment schedules, product data accuracy, and pricing updates in coordination with the Purchasing Clerk.
- Work closely with the Distribution Centre and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels at store locations.
- Partner with internal departments to support pricing models, account segmentation, discount strategies, and profitability goals.
- Lead sales planning efforts with the sales team, targeting key accounts and products to increase heavy vehicle sales through cross-departmental alignment.
- Communicate heavy vehicle initiatives to district teams and interact with customers when necessary to advance growth objectives.
- Create, maintain, and deliver effective product and sales training for store associates and sales personnel to ensure understanding and application.
- Act as the primary technical expert for heavy vehicle inquiries, fostering strong collaboration across teams.
