Responsibilities
- Analyze system requirements for healthcare data sharing platforms
- Configure and maintain HealthShare integration engines
- Troubleshoot technical issues within clinical data environments
- Support deployment of software updates and patches
- Collaborate with developers to optimize application performance
- Document technical configurations and system changes
- Participate in testing procedures for new features
- Monitor system health and report anomalies
- Work with stakeholders to clarify functional needs
- Implement security protocols for health information systems
- Assist in data migration activities
- Provide input on system design improvements
- Respond to incident tickets in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with healthcare data standards
- Coordinate with operations teams during change windows
- Develop scripts to automate routine tasks
- Review logs to identify root causes of errors
- Support interface engine message flows
- Ensure data consistency across connected systems
- Participate in project planning sessions
- Follow change management procedures
- Assist in user acceptance testing
- Evaluate system performance metrics
- Contribute to knowledge base articles
- Stay current with platform updates and patches
