Responsibilities
- Ensure stable operation of InterSystems HealthShare, Health Connect, IRIS, and associated platform technologies in live environments.
- Design and deploy automated solutions to enhance efficiency and optimize software release workflows.
- Sustain and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment procedures for consistent software delivery.
- Carry out system administration duties such as setup, configuration, patch management, backup, restoration, and performance optimization.
- Oversee certificate lifecycle management and assist with security integrations like OAuth, single sign-on, and ADFS.
- Deliver advanced-level production support and resolve critical issues for HealthShare applications and infrastructure.
- Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling to guarantee platform uptime and dependability.
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to diagnose and fix complex technical problems.
- Undertake additional duties as required to meet team goals and project success.

- Availability required for 12-hour weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, running from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
- Candidates must live within the continental United States.
- Selected individuals will need to complete fingerprinting at a designated government location.
