Responsibilities
- Train, optimize, and improve large language and natural language processing models using open-source Python tools and frameworks.
- Design and implement data science and data engineering workflows for clinical data analysis, including information extraction from medical text or images and integration of uncertain data from multiple sources.
- Work with internal teams on client-driven initiatives, applying expertise in machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, and time series forecasting to build customized solutions.
- Validate models to detect and correct issues such as bias, overfitting, and concept drift to maintain performance and trustworthiness.
- Interact directly with clients, using strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly in both writing and speech.
