About the Role

A Pompa Program Certified Health Coach guides and supports individuals in achieving improved health and well-being using Pompa Program's proven products and practices. The role involves creating personalized wellness plans, providing motivation and accountability, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary remote team to deliver high-quality client care.

What You'll Do

  • Provide a welcoming, compassionate, and efficient onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring they are well-positioned to access the client portal and find important information.
  • Conduct client health assessments, to include lifestyle habits and overall health status, to help create practical and action-oriented wellness plans for clients.
  • Analyze targeted health assessments to address underlying root cause stressors and identify the causes of cellular inflammation and chronic illness.
  • Leverage knowledge of nutrition, exercise, stress management, and holistic health principles to guide clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes.
  • Educate clients on tailored Pompa protocols, including nutrition plans, targeted supplement protocols for specific conditions, and more.
  • Utilize Pompa Program principles and professional experience to set realistic health goals for clients, track their progress, and make plan adjustments during their journey.
  • Recommend personalized lifestyle changes that empower clients to achieve their health goals.
  • Educate clients on health-related topics, including the body's self-healing mechanisms, lifestyle impacts on health outcomes, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
  • Stay current with ongoing health and wellness research, Dr. Pompa’s teachings, and emerging trends, integrating learnings into coaching sessions.
  • Maintain professional, confidential, and accurate client records, demonstrating a high level of detail and organizational skills.
  • Apply fear handling techniques provided in training to prevent client cancellations and encourage them to stay committed to their path to success.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide a holistic approach to client care, contributing to overall program strategy and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently reside in one of the following states: AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WY
  • Hold one of the following functional/holistic certifications or equivalent: Nutritional Therapy Association (FNTP or NTP)
  • Hold one of the following functional/holistic certifications or equivalent: Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN or FDNP)
  • Hold one of the following functional/holistic certifications or equivalent: National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP) – Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition (BCHN)
  • Hold one of the following functional/holistic certifications or equivalent: Certified Nutrition Professional (CNP)
  • Hold one of the following functional/holistic certifications or equivalent: Restorative Wellness Solutions – Restorative Wellness Practitioner (RWP)
  • Hold one of the following functional/holistic certifications or equivalent: Nutrition Therapy Institute – Nutrition Therapist Master
  • Hold one of the following functional/holistic certifications or equivalent: Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP)
  • Hold one of the following functional/holistic certifications or equivalent: Functional Medicine Coaching Academy – Functional Medicine Health Coach (FMCA or FMCHC)
  • Hold one of the following functional/holistic certifications or equivalent: Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)
  • NBC-HWC certification (must be from a qualifying school above)
  • Doctoral, Master’s, or PhD-level certifications in relevant health fields with demonstrated functional nutrition knowledge
  • At least 1 year of experience as a health coach or in a similar role, with proven success guiding clients toward long-term wellness goals
  • Deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to identify dysfunction and address it from a functional/holistic standpoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build professional, trust-based client relationships
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency with virtual coaching tools and client documentation platforms
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week) and commitment to continued professional growth

  • Performance-based variable pay component that rewards success in helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals

During initial 8-week training and ramp-up period: $20 per hour. After this period: base pay of $20+ per hour plus monthly performance bonuses. Estimated first year On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $41,000 to $51,000. Performance bonuses based on client success.

Work Mode

The job is Mon-Fri full-time 40 hours, but how those 8 hours look each day can vary per your time zone and preference. Position is available to residents of AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WY.
