About the Role

The role involves building and managing a high-performing user acquisition strategy for mobile apps, leveraging paid media, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer lifetime value and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute scalable user acquisition strategies for mobile platforms
  • Manage large advertising budgets across multiple paid channels
  • Optimize campaigns to improve return on ad spend and customer acquisition cost
  • Use data analytics to guide decision-making and forecast performance
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad content
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine targeting and messaging
  • Monitor key performance metrics including CPI, LTV, and ROAS
  • Build and maintain relationships with external media partners and networks
  • Stay current with mobile advertising trends and platform updates
  • Lead a team of acquisition specialists and performance marketers
  • Align user acquisition goals with overall product and business objectives
  • Develop attribution models and measurement frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and platform policies
  • Drive innovation in audience segmentation and targeting techniques
  • Evaluate and onboard new advertising technologies and platforms
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executives
  • Manage agency partners and external vendors when applicable
  • Integrate user feedback into acquisition strategy adjustments
  • Support product launches with targeted user acquisition campaigns
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
