Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable user acquisition strategies for mobile platforms
- Manage large advertising budgets across multiple paid channels
- Optimize campaigns to improve return on ad spend and customer acquisition cost
- Use data analytics to guide decision-making and forecast performance
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad content
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine targeting and messaging
- Monitor key performance metrics including CPI, LTV, and ROAS
- Build and maintain relationships with external media partners and networks
- Stay current with mobile advertising trends and platform updates
- Lead a team of acquisition specialists and performance marketers
- Align user acquisition goals with overall product and business objectives
- Develop attribution models and measurement frameworks
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and platform policies
- Drive innovation in audience segmentation and targeting techniques
- Evaluate and onboard new advertising technologies and platforms
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executives
- Manage agency partners and external vendors when applicable
- Integrate user feedback into acquisition strategy adjustments
- Support product launches with targeted user acquisition campaigns
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
