Responsibilities
- Design 360º, multi-channel go-to-market strategies for brands and products
- Develop positioning frameworks, market entry strategies, and territorial expansion plans
- Lead new product launch strategies and growth plans
- Conduct strategic diagnostics across market, consumer, competition, channels, and opportunities
- Connect business strategy with creativity — defining concepts, narratives, activations, and priorities
- Lead and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure aligned end-to-end execution
- Provide direction to multidisciplinary teams, setting focus, structure, and ways of working
- Present strategic proposals to clients with clarity, rigor, and authority
- Turn ambiguity into structure and translate vision into actionable plans
- Ensure strategies are implemented with consistency and long-term vision
Requirements
- Understands brands as systems, not isolated campaigns
- Can move seamlessly between strategy, business, and creativity
- Has experience in Food & Beverage or consumer brands
- Is comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Has a hands-on mindset
- Can lead people, decisions, and strategic direction
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or brand leadership
- Proven experience in brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, and product launches
- Experience working across multi-channel ecosystems
- Strong understanding of the US market
- Experience leading teams or multidisciplinary projects
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client presentation skills
- English is required

- Background in F&B, CPG, or lifestyle brands
- Spanish is a strong plus
