Hostinger is hiring a Head of Product Retention

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for how users adopt and continue using our products over time. Identify and remove friction that prevents users from reaching long-term value.
  • Ensure users quickly understand how to use our products and achieve their first meaningful outcomes.
  • Intelligence and drivers tracking, ownership of company wide education and priority setting.
  • Continuously improve how the product supports users beyond the initial setup - making it easier to return, continue, and expand usage.
  • Improve how different products connect and work together, helping users naturally grow within the ecosystem without confusion or friction.
  • Analyze user behavior, identify drop-offs, and define clear actions to improve retention and product usage.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to implement improvements quickly and effectively.
  • Hire and develop a team that combines analytical thinking with strong product sense to improve long-term user outcomes.
  • Design and execute experiments that improve usability, engagement, and long-term product adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience improving product retention in a high-scale B2C SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of user behavior across the full product lifecycle
  • Experience improving onboarding, activation, and long-term product usage
  • Ability to translate data into clear product decisions
  • Experience leading cross-functional product teams
  • Strong understanding of product metrics (e.g. retention, churn, cohort behavior)
  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English
