Familiarity with OKR planning, roadmap building
Proactive approach in identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting new templates or tools
Understanding business / product metrics

Top-notch planning skills and a high sense of responsibility
Strong attention to details, ensuring accuracy in document creation and information distribution
