Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of global payment systems, from strategic planning and partner evaluation to architecture design and implementation.
- Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance payment routing efficiency, lower transaction costs, identify fraudulent activity, and streamline operations.
- Articulate product vision and roadmap decisions with clarity, grounded in comprehensive customer research, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Guide and develop a team of product managers focused on delivering impactful results in payments, settlements, and core infrastructure initiatives.
- Partner with financial institutions, engineering, operations, and commercial units to build robust, scalable, and compliant systems capable of handling high-volume transactions and complex financial workflows.
- Act as a technical authority, offering expert guidance and strategic input to internal stakeholders across business functions.
- Drive rapid experimentation and iteration on new features and product launches, using customer feedback to continuously improve speed, cost, and user experience in payment operations.
