Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of global payment infrastructure, covering strategic planning, partner evaluation, system design, and implementation.
- Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance transaction routing, lower costs, identify fraud, and streamline operations.
- Articulate product vision and priorities with confidence, grounded in user insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers focused on delivering results in payments, settlements, and technical infrastructure.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, financial partners, and commercial units to create robust, scalable systems for high-volume transactions and complex financial workflows.
- Act as a domain expert, offering technical and strategic guidance to internal stakeholders across departments.
- Drive rapid iteration on product releases, feature improvements, and customer feedback loops to enhance speed, cost performance, and user experience in payment processing.

About the team
Join the Global Treasury Payment Network (GTPN) product team, responsible for the core platform enabling global money movement, including collections, treasury management, liquidity, and international payouts via accounts, wallets, FX, and direct debit. This technical, collaborative team builds foundational infrastructure critical to platform scale and company growth. We prioritize customer focus, rapid iteration, technical excellence, and personal development through mentorship and hands-on learning.
