About the Role
The ideal candidate will own and evolve the company's paid media strategy across social and search platforms, focusing on performance marketing within an e-commerce environment. This role requires a strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills to scale acquisition efficiently and optimize return on ad spend.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of paid social and search marketing strategies
- Manage large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on ROI and efficiency
- Optimize campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic channels
- Use data analytics to inform bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative direction
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics in real time
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted digital campaigns
- Work closely with e-commerce and product teams to align media strategy with business goals
- Oversee A/B testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and advertising standards
- Manage relationships with external agencies and tech partners
- Develop forecasting models for media spend and revenue projections
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve attribution and tracking accuracy
- Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms
- Mentor and develop junior team members or external partners
- Report directly to senior leadership with clear, actionable insights
- Implement scalable processes for campaign deployment and performance analysis
- Use CRM and CDP tools to enhance audience targeting and personalization
- Integrate first-party data into media planning in a privacy-compliant way
- Support international expansion through localized media strategies
- Evaluate new technologies and platforms for testing and adoption
