- Oversee onboarding processes for new members
- Ensure member data is accurately tracked and securely maintained
- Produce regular reports on membership performance for leadership review
- Identify partnership opportunities to expand membership value
- Lead budget planning and financial oversight for membership initiatives
- Drive innovation in member benefits and engagement strategies
- Represent the organization at member events and industry forums
