Responsibilities
- Lead overall brand health with a focus on increasing awareness and customer consideration to support sustainable growth
- Define and direct above-the-line (ATL) marketing strategy, including creative vision, messaging frameworks, and campaign structure
- Ensure all external brand communications are unified, consistent, and aligned with key brand drivers
- Drive the creation and execution of large-scale ATL campaigns in collaboration with media, brand, and creative teams
- Manage external brand and creative agencies by setting clear expectations, briefs, and performance standards
- Collaborate with Sponsorships teams to align brand activations and messaging with overarching marketing goals
- Integrate campaigns from Sports and Casino divisions to create a cohesive brand narrative
- Align brand-building efforts with customer acquisition and retention messaging where feasible
- Provide strategic guidance to the Organic Social team to ensure social content supports brand positioning
- Oversee marketing planning to clearly define, prioritize, and sequence key brand and marketing initiatives
- Use brand tracking, research, and insights to shape strategy, assess performance, and refine marketing approaches
- Serve as a senior marketing advisor across the organization, influencing stakeholders and promoting brand-centric decision-making
