Responsibilities
- Identify major growth opportunities in Korea from both marketing and business angles and lead strategic execution
- Drive and monitor performance across all key indicators for the Korean B2C market, including lifetime value, annual recurring revenue, key accounts, subscriber count, and brand visibility
- Develop an integrated market strategy in alignment with B2B goals and lead the expansion of the Korean market to its next phase of growth
- Supervise and manage marketing teams in Korea covering brand, growth, partnerships, and design functions
- Represent local product requirements by collaborating closely with customer experience, engineering, product, and design teams
- Foster collaboration with key regional markets such as Japan and Taiwan to align strategies and share insights
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to team members to support goal achievement and maintain high engagement

- Must be available for travel as required, primarily to the San Francisco headquarters
- Fluency in both English and Korean, written and spoken, is required
