Creator Group is hiring a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing (T-Shaped)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights.

  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement SEO and content marketing strategies to enhance online presence.
  • Leverage social media platforms to engage audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, including emails, blogs, and whitepapers.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and influencers.
  • Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities to expand reach and impact.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on marketing performance and initiatives.
